This place was perfect for my stay. The location was excellent once I figured out where the subway was located. It was in a suburban area, not too populated, but still conveniently situated in the center of Jinshui. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff ensured that my room was always clean and well-stocked. I also appreciated the welcome drink coupons upon check-in, a nice touch. The facilities were top-notch as well, with amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, massage services, and a sun terrace. a very enjoyable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was excellent - clean, comfortable bed, helpful maid, amenities provided. Continental breakfast was amazing with the best omelet. Friendly and helpful staff with free upgrade, welcome drink, and assistance with finding the next hotel. Convenient location near the train station. Nice pool and authentic Chinese dining options nearby.

This hotel is conveniently located near the fast train station and subway works, making it easy to access the center of Jinshui and other areas of interest. the rooms are clean and well-appointed with amenities such as toiletries, a safe, and a hairdryer. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.

There is a notable lack of attention to detail in some aspects of the hotel, such as unreliable air conditioning or lukewarm room service food.

We had a comfortable stay with helpful and friendly staff. The big room was very clean and had a full set of toiletries, slippers, iron, ironing board, and water and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff accepted international credit cards, which made our payment easy. This hotel was right next to the metro and quite close to the new train station, which made transportation from this hotel convenient. The hotel provided guests with a great Chinese and western breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location, only a short taxi ride from the train station, perfect for our city trip. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the fact that the room had a kettle and the staff kindly provided us with complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the local dishes.

It was uncomfortably loud and made it difficult to fully relax. We were also disappointed that there were limited English channels on the TV, making it difficult for non-Chinese speakers to watch TV in their rooms.

The lobby looked very modern with games like pool and table tennis. There was a diverse selection of food and the staff were extremely helpful. the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and the main train station, making travel easy.

Despite stating that it was a non-smoking hotel, ashtrays were found in the room and guests were smoking in the bar area. the hotel also seemed a bit overpriced.
